These internal regulations are designed to ensure harmonious cohabitation among guests and to preserve the integrity of the establishment. It is recommended that you read these rules carefully upon arrival to guarantee a pleasant stay.
These safety and courtesy guidelines exist because our establishment is managed by a family who welcomes you into their home, along with other people and possibly travelers under the same roof, in a spirit of friendliness and respect for everyone’s privacy.
House Rules
Check-in: From 2:00 p.m., unless otherwise agreed with the manager. To welcome you in the best possible conditions, we expect you between 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. It is essential that you inform us of your approximate arrival time. Late arrivals must be arranged in advance.
Check-out: Between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. We need this time to prepare the room properly for the next guests.
Refunds and cancellations: Cancellation allowed within 24 to 48 hours after booking.
Identification: Anyone who wishes to stay must provide their identity and that of any accompanying persons, in accordance with the applicable law.
Payment: 40% at booking and 60% upon arrival.
Noise disturbances:
Please avoid playing music or TV at high volume,
avoid organizing noisy gatherings,
avoid speaking too loudly or using your phone’s speaker mode.
Breakfast: Served from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the restaurant of the establishment—either in the indoor lounge, on the ber-kola terrace, or under the shade of the trees.
Damages and responsibilities: Major stains or any damage you may cause will be charged to you.
No smoking: The rooms are non-smoking and drug use is prohibited. Designated smoking areas are available outside the rooms.
Pets: Not allowed inside the rooms.
Prohibited activities:
Cooking, doing laundry (you may use the laundromat at our nearby campsite), use of high-consumption electrical equipment, and removing room equipment for use outside.
External visitors: It is forbidden to bring non-guests into the rooms without special authorization from the establishment.
Valuables: (jewelry, electronic devices, bank cards, checkbooks, cash, etc.) should not be left in the rooms or in parked vehicles. We decline all responsibility in case of loss or theft.
Damage and loss of personal belongings: Guests must leave the rooms in perfect condition at the end of their stay and must report and financially cover any damage they may have caused.
Garden visits: Visits must be accompanied by one of the establishment’s managers.
Eco-friendly practices:
To respect the environment, please remember to turn off lights when leaving a room, avoid letting water run unnecessarily, and avoid leaving doors and windows open for long periods when using heating or air conditioning.
Our establishment is equipped with a septic tank and soak pit—please do not throw anything into the toilet bowl.
To support our ecological efforts, towels and sheets are not changed automatically. If after a few days you wish to have them replaced, or need your bins emptied or cleaning done, you may request it.
Dining: If you wish to have lunch or dinner during your stay, please inform us at the time of booking or reserve no later than 9:00 a.m. the same day.
Children: Children remain under the responsibility of their parents. Please do not leave them alone near the road. Running, skating, riding scooters, playing ball, or shouting within the establishment is not allowed, day or night.
Respect for public order and local customs: The manager reserves the right to refuse guests whose attire is indecent or sloppy, or whose behavior is noisy, inappropriate, intoxicated, immoral, or contrary to public order.
Non-compliance with the internal rules: Guests who do not respect these rules will be asked to leave the establishment without the right to any refund.
Applicable law: These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law, both in substance and form. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
